Do I need to make an account?
Yes, you will need to sign up for an account to run a report. You can make a free account (watch this video to find out how!) but when you want to run a report you will either need to select a One-time purchase or choose a subscription plan.
How many layers does AERAS query?
AERAS queries a minimum of 50 layers, most of which are live-linked to Government data so they are always current. Complete list of data sources coming soon!
How often is the data updated?
Most layers are live-linked to Government data so they are always current. The other datasets are checked for updates frequently.
What happens if I run a report and the layers are down for maintenance?
The report will fail to run and will tell you that it failed. You will have the option to rerun the report at a later time once the data is back up and running. At this time, you can also re-run any report you have completed - all your reports are saved in your dashboard.
Is the report reviewed by environmental consultants?
Yes, we have partnered with several environmental consultants who have reviewed the report for consistency in recommendations. This report is a living document, and will be updated every time there are changes to the legislation.
